Obligatoriedad de la destinación de recursos. Dado que los ingresos corrientes a los que se refiere el artículo 111 de la Ley 99 de 1993, modificado por el artículo 210 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, corresponden al presupuesto de los municipios, distritos y departamentos, estas entidades garantizarán la inclusión de dichos recursos dentro de sus planes de desarrollo y presupuestos anuales respectivos, individualizándose la partida destinada para tal fin.
