° El numeral 3° del artículo 1° del Decreto legislativo número 1989 de 1971 quedaré, así; "Los delitos intencionales de homicidio y de lesiones personales que se cometan contra los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas y los civiles que se hallen al servicio de las mismas, excepto los ocasionados en riñas que se originen por actos extraños o ajenos al servicio".
