Luego que la Corte Suprema federal haya pasado a la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional alguna copia de sentencia de las que trata la lei (artículo 12) i que haya sido publicada en el Diario Oficial , se procederá a ordenar el pago en los términos que lo ordene dicho tribunal.
