El Ministerio de educación Nacional y las Secretarías de Educación de las entidades territoriales, coordinarán la realización de foros, seminarios, cursos y encuentros pedagógicos que permitan dar a conocer a toda la comunidad educativa, las disposiciones señaladas en el presente Decreto y faciliten su correcta aplicación.
