Las disposiciones de este decreto se irán llevando a ejecucion, desde las resnectivas fechas en que deben serlo los actos lejislativos que causan estas alteraciones, i hasta tanto que por las respectivas Cámaras provinciales se hacen los arreglos posteriores que han de ejecutarse desde el 1. de febrero próximo en adelante.
