° De acuerdo con el artículo 8.° del citado Convenio de 1902 entre la Santa Sede y el Gobierno de Colombia, nómbrase a1- Muy Reverendo Padre Juan Gil García Inspector de Instrucción Pública del Territorio del Chocó en las escuelas de indígenas que están dentro de los límites de la Prefectura Apostólica de aquella región, con un sueldo mensual de cincuenta pesos {$ 50) oro, que se cubrirá desde que se apropie la partida correspondiente en el Presupuesto de gastos.
