ARTICULO 54. De la renovación del escalafón se entiende por renovación del escalafon el acto mediante el cual el instituto ratifica la inscripción de un funcionarioen la carrera especial de que trata este decreto y de termina una nueva vigencia del escalafon por dos (2) años. La renovación de que trata este artículo se hará mediante resolución expedida por la autoridad competente.
