Error grave . Concepto. Hay error grave en el avalúo o dictamen, cuando el informe respectivo contradice la naturaleza de las cosas, o la esencia de sus atribuciones; o si los razonamientos deducidos por los peritos no tienen sustentación legal, científica o técnica; o si los elementos de convicción que tuvieron en cuenta, para apoyar las conclusiones del respectivo peritaje o dictamen, tienen fundamentos diferentes, o de ellos no podían inferirse esas consecuencias.
