º. Garantía de pago. De acuerdo con lo ordenado en el artículo 45 de la Ley 181 de 1995 anualmente se apropiará en el presupuesto del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes las partidas necesarias para atender el pago de las pensiones de que trata este decreto, con cargo a los recursos de la Ley 181 de 1995.
