Los Exámenes de Calidad de la Educación Superior -ECES- a los que se refiere el presente decreto deberán ser presentados por todos los estudiantes de pregrado de medicina que cursen el último año, para lo cual las Instituciones de Educación Superior adoptarán las medidas internas que permitan la participación de sus estudiantes.
