Si a tiempo de celebrarse la audiencia pública ninguna de las personas perjudicadas con el delito o sus herederos se hubieren constituido parte civil, el Agente, del Ministerio Público formulará en el resumen escrito del alegato, cuando pidiere la condenación, su concepto sobre la naturaleza y cuantía de los perjuicios.
