Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, y deroga el Decreto 841 de 1990, los artículos 4°, 5°, 6° del Decreto 3286 de 2004, el inciso 3° del artículo 15 del Decreto 4730 de 2005 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
