Los empleados de la Contraloría General de la República que incumplan los deberes o que violen las prohibiciones establecidas en el presente Decreto, serán objeto de las sanciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil o penal que su conducta pueda originar.
