Cesión de contratos. Al entrar en vigencia este decreto, el Inurbe en Liquidación cederá al Fondo, a título gratuito, los Convenios números COL01-038 y COL02-025 celebrados con el PNUD y los Contratos números 047, 048 y 049 de 2002 suscritos con la Unión Temporal de Cajas de Compensación para Subsidio de Vivienda de Interés Social, Cavis UT, el Banco Agrario de Colombia y Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial, Findeter, respectivamente. Esta obligación se cumplirá con la firma de los documentos de cesión por parte del Inurbe en Liquidación.
