Agregados Comerciales, Los Agregados Comerciales creados por el Decreto 45 de 1967, dependerán directamente del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior, pero darán cuenta en forma escrita y pormenorizado de sus gestiones al Jefe de la misión diplomática colombiana acreditada ante el país o países donde ejerzan sus funciones y colaborarán con tales misiones en los aspectos relacionados con los asuntos comerciales.
