Artículo quinto. Las Secciones Primera y Segunda del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca tendrán cada una tres (3) Fiscales, entre quienes se distribuirán los negocios respectivos. El reparto de los asuntos y negocios atribuidos a la Sala Plena y a la Sección Tercera, se hará entre todos los Fiscales de la Corporación.
