División del título. Cuando hubiere división material del área objeto del título minero por cesión en favor de un tercero, éste, sin ningún requisito o gestión adicionales, tendrá derecho al uso de las servidumbres que fueren necesarias para la explotación de la zona cedida, en las mismas condiciones en que fueron establecidas para el área inicialmente amparada con dicho título.
