El que haga uso o derive provecho, de cualquier modo que sea, de un documento falso, aunque no haya cooperado a la falsificación, incurre en las penas que señalan, respectivamente, elArtículo 233, si se trata de un documento o instrumento público, y elArtículo 235, si se trata de un documento privado.
