° La Junta podrá nombrar un segundo Secretario para atender especialmente a los ramos Industrial y comercial de la Exposición. El sueldo de dicho funcionario será de $ 120 mensuales y su pago se hará con imputación al fondo general destinado para la Exposición Nacional de IV Centenario de Bogotá.
