En cumplimiento de los artículos anteriores increméntase la cotización laboral del Seguro de Enfermedad y Maternidad para todos los asegurados de las zonas programáticas del Seguro Social Campesino en un tres por ciento (3%) del salario de base de la tabla de categorías de salarios y aportes o cotizaciones del ICSS. El Estado, a través del Fondo de Solidaridad del Instituto y de conformidad con el literal e) del artículo 31 del Decreto-ley 433 de 1971, aportará a su vez un dos por ciento (2%) de los mismos salarios de base.
