Acusación contra el Presidente de la República y los Magistrados del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura . El numeral 3 del artículo 178 de la Constitución Política, quedará así: Artículo 178 . La Cámara de Representantes tendrá las siguientes funciones. (...) 3. Acusar ante el Senado cuando hubiere causas constitucionales, al Presidente de la República o a quien haga sus veces y a los miembros del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura. La ley reglamentará la materia.
