Los Empleos Vacantes De La Planta De Personal De La Unidad, Serán Provistos De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En La Ley 909 De 2004 Y El Decreto Reglamentario Número 1227 De 2005 Y Demás Disposiciones Que Las Modifiquen, Adicionen O Sustituyan

°. Los empleos vacantes de la planta de personal de la Unidad, serán provistos de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 909 de 2004 y el Decreto Reglamentario número 1227 de 2005 y demás disposiciones que las modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.

Parágrafo

El Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo proveerá los empleos creados en el presente decreto, de acuerdo con las apropiaciones presupuestales asignadas por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
