Artículo primero. Por razón de la reversión de bienes indicada en la parte motiva de este Decreto, se ordena el traspaso, por la Asociación Colombiana de Ganaderos (ADEGA), a la Secretaría de Acción Social y Protección Infantil (SENDAS), de las edificaciones que la Asociación construyó en el Coliseo de Exposiciones, en el Bosque Popular, y de los equipos mecánicos, herramientas y demás enseres que dentro de las mismas se encuentran.
