ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.14 . COMPOSICION DE LAS INVERSIONES DE CAPITAL. Cualquier nueva inversión de capital que realice una corporación financiera deberá estar representada como mínimo en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) en acciones, bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones, cuotas o partes de interés social de mercado primario o de empresas oficiales para participar en su privatización, o de empresas en las que instituciones financieras oficializadas o nacionalizadas posean cuando menos la mayoría absoluta del capital en forma individual o conjunta.

Parágrafo 1

Tales inversiones se computarán por su costo de adquisición.

Parágrafo 2

La Junta Monetaria podrá señalar inversiones sustitutivas a las inversiones de capital señaladas en este estatuto.
