Toda empresa de transportes está obligada á aceptar las observaciones que le hagan los Inspectores técnicos en el ejercicio de sus funciones, y deberán poner en práctica las reformas que se consideren imprescindibles para el buen servicio público; todo dentro de los límites de los respectivos contratos.
