Las propuestas para la exploración y explotación de petróleos que al tiempo de entrar a regir esta Ley haya sido aceptadas por el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos tendrá un plazo de seis meses para ajustarse a lo previsto en el artículo 6° de esta Ley, conservando durante dicho término los derechos que se deriven de la fecha de presentación de la propuesta.
