Luego que el testigo haya prestado el juramento y oído leer los artículos de la Ley Penal sobre falso testimonio, se le preguntará sobre su nombre, apellido, estado, vecindad, profesión u oficio, y en seguida se le interrogará en la forma prevenida en el artículo238 sin permitirle ninguna contestación oscura o ambigua.
