° Naturaleza. La Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cúcuta, es un establecimiento público, esto es, con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente, adscrito al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, que se organiza conforme a las normas establecidas por la Ley 105 de 1958, los Decretos 584 de 1972, 2034 de 1973, las disposiciones que las reglamenten o reformen y las contenidas en los presentes estatutos.
