º. Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir del 1º de enero de 1998 y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Decreto 2654 de 1993, y tiene aplicación hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1999.
