Art. 412. Los guardas pueden ser suspendidos libremente por el Administrador de la Aduana, o, en su defecto, por el principal de Hacienda nacional, i detenidos hasta por tres dias por faltas leves ; pero en las graves, ademas, serán sometidos al Juez competente.
