000), y doce mil pesos ($ 12.000) respectivamente, para el sostenimiento y dotación de los Colegios "Deogracias Cardona" y "Colegio Oficial Femenino", de la ciudad de Pereira, cumplidos como están los requisitos establecídos por la Ley 71 de 1946 .

Estas sumas serán incluídas en los Presupuestos de Rentas y Gastos a partir de 1949, y en forma permanente y dividas por cuartas partes mensuales, a juicio del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
