En los Presupuestos de las próximas vigencias, se incluirán las partidas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, y en caso de que así no se hiciere, el Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para abrir los créditos que sean necesarios y verificar los traslados del caso.
