El registro y posterior certificación sobre existencia y representación legal de las personas jurídicas a que alude esta Ley, para todos los efectos, corresponde al funcionario o entidad que señale el Gobierno, previa comprobación de que la escritura de protocolización del reglamento y de la declaración municipal se halla debidamente registrada en la correspondiente oficina.
