La libre explotación de que trata el Artículo anterior, es sin perjuicio de las reservas establecidas en el Artículo 107 del Código Fiscal y de las restricciones contenidas en el Artículo 8o. de la Ley 85 de 1920 , referentes al cultivo, denuncio y adjudicación de baldíos.
