º. Los Bancos Comerciales podrán cobrar hasta el siete por ciento (7%) anual de interés, según el plazo, sobre tales préstamos y estos serán computables para los efectos del porcentaje señalado en el Artículo 1º del decreto numero 198 de 1957.
