Efectos de la asunción. Una vez realizada la asunción prevista en los artículos anteriores, el empleador quedará liberado del pago de las obligaciones pensionales sustituidas. Por otra parte, por el solo hecho de la asunción, el tercero no adquiere el carácter de empleador ni se producirá la sustitución de empleadores para los efectos de los artículos 67 y siguientes del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
