Las entidades a las que se refiere la presente Ley que incumplan las disposiciones legales en materia de inversiones forzosas estarán sujetas al pago de intereses de mora equivalentes al último interés corriente certificado por la Superintendencia Bancaria, más la mitad de dicha tasa. La sanción a que se refiere el presente artículo será impuesta por el Superintendente Bancario teniendo en cuenta el déficit de la inversión y el tiempo de retardo, y su producto ingresará al patrimonio del Instituto de Crédito Territorial.
