º . Modifícase el artículo 4º del Decreto 1905 de 2008, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 4º. Transitorio. La Empresa Territorial para la Salud - ETESA-, podrá definir con los concesionarios que se encuentren actualmente operando, los ajustes a los requisitos señalados en el presente decreto. Los nuevos contratos deberán ajustarse de conformidad con lo señalado en el presente decreto".
