ARTICULO 8o. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1993, el CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50%) de la remuneración mensual de los empleos de Superintendente código 0030 y Rector de Universidad código 0045 del nivel directivo, tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
