Si hubiere obligaciones condicionales o sujetas a litigio, en la sentencia se ordenará al síndico constituir una reserva adecuada para atender oportunamente su pago, si se hicieren exigibles, o en caso contrario, para entregarla a los acreedores o al quebrado según las circunstancias. Dicha reserva se invertirá en forma que asegure su conservación y rendimiento, en consulta con la Junta Asesora.
