Sanción. El retenedor que no cumpla con la obligación de retener y pagar al ICETEX los valores correspondientes incurrirá en una sanción correspondiente al diez por ciento (10%) de los valores no retenidos. La imposición de la sanción por el ICETEX está sujeta al procedimiento previsto en los artículos 47 y siguientes del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
