Adiciónase el siguiente inciso segundo al artículo 531 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: “Tratándose de hidrocarburos y sus derivados aprehendidos, decomisados o abandonados a favor de la Nación, la donación también podrá realizarse a Ecopetrol S. A., en calidad de material reciclable”.
