Artículo segundo La contraloría general de la república, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en El decreto 974 de 1947, ejercerá el control fiscal sobre el manejo, recaudo E inversión de aquellos dineros, y deducirá las correspondientes glosas a Los funcionarios públicos que autoricen gastos con los dineros procedentes de aquel ingreso fiscal, distintos de los previstos en el artículo 5o. de La ley 47 de 1958, y en el artículo 1o. Del presente decreto.
