La función consultiva asignada a la Academia Colombiana de Jurisprudencia por el artículo 2º. de la Ley 48 de 1898 , comprenderá en adelante los problemas atinentes a la interpretación y aplicación de las leyes y proyectos de leyes, y a cuestiones generales de administración cuando el Gobierno y el Congreso lo estimen necesario.
