Cuando las empresas vendedoras y compradoras de petróleo crudo o gas naturales acuerden precios para dichos productos con destino a la refinación, procesamiento o utilización en el país y tales precios se ajusten a los criterios establecidos en este Decreto, la Comisión podrá aceptarlos a solicitud de los interesados.
