El contrato de aparcería a que se refiere la presente Ley, se entenderá prorrogado automáticamente por el término de un (1) año, si ninguna de las partes, con una anticipación no inferior de tres meses a la fecha de terminación, avisa por escrito a la otra su intención de darlo por concluido, y así sucesivamente. Los socios no podrán renunciar al aviso de que trata el presente artículo.
