Autorizase a las Asociaciones para celebrar contratos de administración anticrética sobre los inmuebles financiados por ellas, cuando tal administración se haga necesaria por demora en los pagos o por solicitud de los prestatarios, a cuyo efecto el contrato contendrá las respectivas estipulaciones.
