° El comprobante del primer hecho será una certificacion del respectivo Rector o Director del establecimiento literario, i el del segundo podrá ser una informacion testifical de dos personas de buen crédito, levantada ante un Juez de circúito o un Prefecto departamental o ante otra cualquiera autoridad de mayor dignidad, o las certificaciones juradas de dos personas de alto carácter oficial, dadas conforme a las leyes comunes.
