Las disposiciones del presente decreto son aplicables a los espedientes que cursan hoi en la secretaría de guerra i marina i en la intendencia jeneral, los que no serán despachados en dichas oficinas si no estuvieren arreglados a lo que en dichas disposiciones se proviene.
