Art. 6° Las asignaciones que conforme a este titulo deben disfrutar las viudas, hijos y madres de los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales del Ejército y Marina de Guerra, se les empezará á abonar desde el 1 de enero de 1893.

Las viudas, madres e hijos de los Generales Jefes y Oficiales del Ejército y Marina de Guerra que mueran en el tiempo comprendido desde la época de la sanción de esta Ley hasta el 1° de enero de 1893 sólo tendrán derecho a la pensión correspondiente desde dicho 1° de enero en adelante.
